I have never done Boot Camp before. When it was introduced at work I really didn’t know what to expect. But what a life change it has been for me. I never thought I would like going to bootcamp. In the beginning, it was so hard because I couldn’t follow the instructions or keep up with the people who were already enrolled. We don’t run that much, but I hated the little running we did. I’ve gotten so much stronger that I actually enjoy the workouts, and I feel so much better. The trainers are really good, they’re supportive and fun and know what they’re doing. It’s also been great getting to know some co-workers I don’t normally have a chance to interact with.

I've been doing the Fitness Training for almost two years. The professional trainers provide a safe, effective, total-body workout by combining aerobic and strength conditioning. As a result, I was able to really enjoy my vacation this summer. My family did a lot of hiking, kayaking, swimming, and general activities that I really enjoyed because of the lunch-time workouts with Kevin, Mike and Nicole.
Just one example; I was able to descend, and climb back up over 400 steps to the Pt. Reyes Lighthouse near Bodega Bay without much trouble (almost able to keep up with my 13 year old son)!
