Athletic Training 

Great Athletes aren’t born, they are made.  Speed, strength, and power are skills that can improve greatly with proper training. Our program is set to build a solid foundation of strength while greatly emphasizing proper mechanics for acceleration, deceleration, agility, and top speed. An important part of this program is to build self-confidence and awareness of the body. This will help reduce the likelihood of injuries. Speed and strength are the foundation for every sport. Most young athletes spend little time learning the basic movement patterns and more time developing sport specific skills.  This can lead to bad habits, which can cause injuries down the road. While developing these sport specific skills are important, making these fundamentals second nature will allow you to excel and reach your fullest potential.
